By purchasing any course, webinar, or digital product from our platform, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. No Refund Policy (Primary Clause)

All purchases made for:

• Online courses
• Webinars
• Digital learning programs

are non-refundable.

Once a user has successfully enrolled or made a payment, no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.

2. Exceptions (If Applicable)

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake
• Payment deducted but access not provided

In such cases, users must contact us within 3 days of the transaction with valid proof.

3. Refund Process (If Approved)

If a refund is approved:

• The amount will be credited back to the original payment method
• Processing time may take 7–10 working days
